It would be useful to have a memory map for the device: physical addresses of SDRAM, flash, etc. Can somebody provide this please?

For which device do you need this information? if it's 3430, the Technical Reference Manual is available to anyone: search for OMAP34xx Multimedia Device Technical Reference Manual on this page
I'm referring to the Zoom2 platform, and asking about physical memory addresses of components external to the 3430, like SDRAM and NAND flash.
